We are both the platform operator and the direct provider of goods and services on the platform.

1.1. We have the right to

• Issue, publish, and implement operational conditions, transaction terms, service standards, and platform usage procedures.
• Decide on goods, services, prices, and promotional programs in accordance with the law.
• Collect fees according to the published Pricing Policy, if any.
• Request you to provide necessary information to carry out the transaction.
• Suspend, terminate, or restrict your account or platform usage rights in case of violation.
• Apply necessary measures to ensure platform safety and prevent illegal acts.

1.2. We have the obligation to

• Provide complete and accurate information about goods, services, prices, and promotional programs, if any.
• Ensure the quality of goods and services; carry out delivery, warranty, returns, and refunds according to the published policies.
• Ensure the platform operates safely and stably, and protect your information and data.
• Receive and handle feedback, requests, and complaints.
• Do not supply prohibited goods, services, counterfeit goods, goods infringing intellectual property rights, or goods and services that violate the law.
• Fulfill financial obligations to the State and cooperate, provide information as required by competent state authorities.

2.1. You have the right

• Be guaranteed rights in accordance with consumer protection laws.
• Be provided with complete and accurate information about goods, services, and the supplier.
• Choose goods, services, payment methods, and delivery methods as appropriate.
• Check information before confirming a transaction.
• Have their information and data protected, and have their feedback, requests, and complaints resolved in accordance with regulations.

2.2. You have the obligation

• Provide necessary, complete, and accurate information.
• Make full and timely payment according to the chosen method.
• Comply with the law, the operating conditions, and the publicly disclosed transaction conditions.
• Not use the platform to commit illegal acts.
