Price of goods and services
The selling price is publicly listed for each good or service on the platform and is calculated in Vietnamese Dong (VND).
In case the goods or services have multiple options regarding type, specification, quantity, validity period or package, the corresponding price will be displayed for you to select before ordering.
The applicable price is the price displayed at the time you confirm the order.
In case of a promotion, the price, duration and conditions of application will be disclosed before you place the order.
Tax
The listed price reflects the applicable tax (including VAT when required by law and when subject to declaration and payment) in accordance with legal regulations; specific information is displayed before you confirm the order.
Shipping fees and incidental costs
Shipping fees, if any, and other incidental costs, if any, will be displayed or notified to you before order confirmation.
We do not collect any costs that have not been disclosed or confirmed by you.
